The infographic reveals the outcomes for young people in care and the video says more than I ever could of how you, as one worker can transform their lives, give them hope and beat those statistics.

In 2010, Kevin Montgomery (@kevinmontgomery) traveled through 50 States in 50 Days to highlight the plight of homeless teens, and teens aging out of foster care in conjunction with the Orange Duffel Bag Foundation(@ODBFoundation).

In each state he performed a house concert, and interviewed a teen that had aged out of foster care, and asked them “who made a difference in your life?”…………
